Paid (if cash) box is included in reports only if the lesson is paid by cash, and ignored if an invoice is found.

Once invoice is created all lessons that are automatically assigned to the invoice are considered prepaid. Cash Flow and Balance Sheet adds the Total amount of the invoice to your income, ignoring Paid (if cash) box.

However, you can insert the amount into the box to indicate that the amount has been released by driving school and you received it. The system will ignore the amount if an icon is displayed next to amount, indicating that this lesson is prepaid.

The Charge and Paid (if cash) fields are included only in the Cash Flow if the lesson is paid by cash i.e. no invoice attached. Instead of including these fields the system will insert the total amount of the corresponding invoice which will cover this lesson.
