Setup 1 – single instructor (Diary-Online Only)
On the road you can log directly to your Diary Online using iPhone, PDA or Blackberry.
If you give your password to another person, who takes bookings on your behalf, both of you will able to log to the diary.
Setup 2 – single instructor
The same as above plus you can synchronise your diary online with up to 10 desktop/laptop computers in different locations,
where you can see your diary using wide screen and apply many useful tools to your data which are included in the desktop version.
Setup 3 (Driving School)
If you have more than one operator who takes phone calls then you can install the same software on more than one computer.
All computers link to a single database where all the records are stored. If any operator changes a record, all others can immediately see the changes.
You can switch between instructors diaries just by clicking a button.
The software is also capable of quickly finding an available instructor for a particular day, time and area.
The speed of processing is the same whether you have 5 instructors in the diary or 1000.
The instructors can choose whether to see their diaries online or synchronise their laptops.
Setup 4
Several computers in different locations
If you divert calls in the evening from the office to your home,
then install the same software on your home computer and synchronise them over the Internet.
