Do I need to pay an annual subscription for ADI-diary?
It is a one off payment for ADI-diary.
Your account is created automatically at the time of purchase and you can download the program from our website at any time.
However, Diary-Online requires an annual subscription of the unbeatable price of 94 pence a week.

No, you only need to pay the difference in price.

Can I save my printouts instead of printing them immediately?
In the print dialogue box, you will find 4 additional buttons
- Print
- Preview
- Print to File
- Export to MS Word
Select Print to File and click OK.

How do I view my diary for more than a week?
For a quick preview, press F12 to drop a calendar.
Any booked dates on the calendar are in bold.
Double clicking on any date will display your diary.
Alternatively press Ctrl+Y key. This will bring up a similar window with a calendar that you can resize.
As the window becomes larger, more dates appear.
Also in Lessons Details you will find Calendar bar.
Clicking on the bar will drop a calendar that shows booked dates in bold.

Do I need to have Internet connection in order to connect to a Driving School computer?
Yes, you need to have Internet connection. Both dial-up and broadband are suitable.
However, ADI-diary is not dependent on the Internet.
The program will run regardless of a connection.

No, install the same copy on two computers and use Mirror Diary feature.

Diary-Online can.

ADI-diary does not include Postcodes but it allows you to build your own list.
Each time you enter a new address, the software remembers and will recognise it the next time.

Where do I enter the franchise fee paid to my school?
For an instructor the Franchise fee is an expense.
For a driving school it is an income.
Therefore, if you are an instructor, enter your franchise fee on the Expenses page.
To make life easier, you can set up Payments Schedule
so the fee will be automatically inserted for you every week.
