Replicate Bookings
The booking replication command copies the selected lesson and places it in the same time slot of the following week.
  • Go to Bookings menu and click Copy selected booking to the next week
  • A dialog box will appear asking how many times you want to replicate selected lesson.
  • Select number of copies and click OK
A confirmation window will appear with list of the lessons you are just about to copy. If a copy is clashes with existing booking it will appear in red and will not be copied.

You also can replicate the entire week by going to Bookings menu and clicking on Copy all bookings in this week to the next

Note:

  • Overlapped bookings are not copied.
  • Booking status Cancelled is changed to Booked
  • Subject and Comments are not copied
