All your expenses automatically appear in the Cash Flow, which is your main account.
You can change the date by typing directly into the field on the grid or by clicking on the arrow button, which will appear when the grid cell is in edit mode, and select the date from the calendar.
Enter the type of expense into this field or select it from the list, which is automatically maintained as new categories of expenses are entered.
When the field is in edit mode the scroll button appears on the right. If you click it with your right mouse button, a list with the preset amounts appears.
You also can scroll the amount using the keyboard by pressing a combination of Up/Down Arrow with one of the keys as shown below.

|Clicking the side button with the right mouse button drops the list with the preset values
To see your expenses for a given period of time, use Period Filter.
To see a particular category, use Expenses Filter
