Default test duration
To make it easier to operate, the default test duration will be assigned to every Driving Test you book.
You can change the duration of the specified test at any time.
You can change the duration of the specific lesson or driving test at any time
Lessons Rates
The charge per hour will be assigned to every new pupil you insert into ADI-diary.
When a new lesson is booked, the fee will be calculated according to these rates, taking into account the date and whether the pupil is learning manual or automatic.
The charge per hour will be assigned automatically to every new lesson.
You can also edit the charges for any specific lesson in the Lesson Details page.
Note: Pupils rates, which are set on the Pupil Profile page, override these settings.
Driving Test Rates
ADI-diary automatically assigns the correct driving test fee according to the date and checks whether the pupil is learning manual or automatic.
You can also edit the charges for any specific lesson in the Lesson page.
Default Test Centre
Unless selected from the list, the default test centre will be assigned to every Driving Test booked.
Rates by Postcode
This list overrides the default rates.
If postcode is not found in the list then default rates are assigned from previous pages.
The software will also automatically apply the appropriate list according to gearbox selected in the pupils profile.

Discount List
The Discount List applies to Prepaid Invoices only.
If the course for the pupil set to Pass Plus, the discount is applied from the list on the right.
As the number of hours in New Invoice Page is increased, the discount is applied automatically to the new invoice.
Example
05 hours = £1.00 per hour discount
10 hours = £2.00
15 hours = £3.00
An invoice for 5 hours of lessons @ £20/hour. The final price: £95
£1 discount per lesson is applied
An invoice for 10 hours of lessons @ £20/hour. The final price: £180
£2 discount per lesson is applied
Note: If a list is empty no discount is applied
