Record Extraction
Extract records is a powerful tool, which allows you to extract filtered records to a new, fresh diary. For example you can extract the records for a chosen year or extract records for a particular instructor only.

Options

All instructors

Extracts records for the given period, so that the diary can be archived. The new diary becomes the working diary.

Selected Instructor

Extracts all relevant records for a selected instructor

Distribute diary between instructors

Repeats Selected Instructor procedure for every instructor
