The list consists of two pages: Pupils and Instructors. To change the page, click the corresponding radio button on the top of the form.

The list also includes an incremental find feature that allows you to quickly locate a name just by typing the first few characters.

To select a single e-mail address, double click on an entry. The e-mail address will be formatted using the First and Last Names of the corresponding person from the database.

To create a Mailing List use Add and Remove buttons which reside between the two lists.

To select a new list click Mailing List button on the top of the form.
