The main page gives you everything you want to know about your stock. To search for an item, enter the first few characters into the Search box. The cursor will jump to the item beginning with the letters you have typed in.

New Stock – Shortcut Alt+N

Creates a new Stock List.

Open Stock – Shortcut Alt+O

Opens a Stock List you created earlier

New Item – Shortcut Alt+W

Enters a new item in your stock. In the New Item page, specify item name, quantity, price you paid for this stock and unit price you are going to sell it for.

Add to stock – Shortcut Alt+A

Adds more items to the stock Use Add to Stock only if the Cost and Unit Price is the same. Otherwise use Add Item. To remove from stock, enter negative Quantity.

Edit Item – Shortcut Alt+E

To alter the selected item Use Edit Item only if the Cost and Unit Price is the same. Otherwise use Add Item.

Delete Item – Shortcut Alt+D

Deletes an item from stock

Sold – Shortcut Alt+S

Adds specified amount in to Sold column and subtracts it from In Stock column

When you sell a unit, click Sold and the page recalculates itself, showing you: how many are left in stock, how many you have sold and the profit you made from this product.

Stocks Directory

Enter directory name for your Warehouse Stock Lists. If stock lists are placed on the server, then enter the name of the server
Example: \\ServerName\MyWarehouse\Data
