How to reset password
ADI-diary has three sets of passwords

The password for your User Account is different to the password to access your diary. Both of them are e-mailed to you at the time of purchase or upgrade. They can be reset only by accessing your User Account.

You can create additional users with their own passwords. This can be done directly in the program and does not require any interaction from your User Account.

If a user has forgotten the password, you can reset it in the Multi User Access page. Make sure you log into the diary as an administrator.

To reset all the passwords, and restore to factory settings, please log onto your User Account and click 'Reset multi user access', which gives you step by step instructions of how to do this.
