If you do not use either Microsoft Office or Windows Mail for your e-mails,
you can use the built-in SMTP client.
To use SMTP client, go to Settings menu, click E-mail Options and select the option:
Send directly using ADI-diary SMTP client.
The built-in SMTP client generates an e-mail using one of your templates (provided with the program) and sends the e-mail to SMTP server you have the account with. Then your e-mail service provider sends it further until it reaches the destination.
E-mail service providers (ESP) might have different settings. Please refer to your ESP for help of how to access their services.
The ESP can refuse access to the services if the server suspects that you are spamming
