Please note:
Automatic upgrade will work only if ADI-diary is installed in the default directory:
C:\ADI-diary-V4
Automatic Upgrade to version 4.2
- Start ADI-diary
- Go to Help menu and click Check for free upgrades
- Click Download
- Click Download All
- Click Exit
When ADI-diary automatically restarts, the version should be 4.2.0.0
You will be prompted to convert data, just click Import button.
To check the verision go to Help menu and click About

Make sure you exit the diary before downloading
Make sure to backup all your data before proceeding
- Click here to download ADIdiaryV4.exe (version 4.2)
- Click Save
- Click Computer
- Double click Local Disk (C:)
- Double click ADI-diary-V4
- Click Save
- The system asks: "ADIdiaryV4.exe already exists. Do you want to replace it?"
- Click Yes
- When download is complete, click Close
- Click here to download Pages Set2.zip (version 4.2)
- Click Save
- Click Computer
- Navigate to:
C:\ADI-diary-V4\
Common Files\
Configuration\
Templates\
Html\
- Click Save
- Click Open Folder
- Right click on Pages Set2.zip
- Click Extract All...
- Click Extract
- The system asks: "This destination already contains a folder named..."
- Select Do this for all current items
- Click Yes
- The system asks: "There is already file with the same name in this location"
- Click Copy and Replace
