Lesson Page

As you insert a new lesson, the date is preselected from the diary main page. Duration and Charge are preselected from your Settings Page

All your pupils will appear alphabetically at the bottom. For easy finding, the pupil list is divided into 26 sections according to the first letter of their first name

To select names starting from letter 'A', click A, starting from 'B' click B and so on

To assign a pupil into the lesson, double click on a name

Practical Test

On the main page click New Test

Test Page is similar to the Lesson Page with one difference: Pickup Time, which is a calculated field and cannot be altered directly.

To alter the pickup time, you need to change duration, with 1 chargeable hour reserved for the test.
