Find available instructor
Search instructor is a powerful tool, which allows you to quickly locate an instructor, who is available on a particular day, time and area. You can add type of vehicle as an additional parameter.

Additional Search Criteria

  • Instructor must be active
  • Day of the week must be enabled as a working day
  • Time must not overlap with existing lessons

Search for period

Version 4 introduces new function which allows searching for any available time gap of all instructors in the diary for a given period.

You can limit the search to a minimum amount of free time, for example: Search in Postcode area in the period between May 28 and June 5 with a minimum 1h 15m of free instructor time.

Note:
If instructor's postcode is not set then ADI-diary assumes instructor works in all areas.
