However, to be able to receive the data on your desktop you need to make a simple operation.

1. In ADI diary 2010 go to Network menu
2. Click Switchboard Account
3. Enter your Account Address e.g. name@switch+adidiary.net
4. Enter Switchboard Password.
5. Click Test button

You should receive the message: The Switchboard Server has confirmed name@switch+adidiary.net account

Otherwise you get an error message specifying the reason. Please note: the address and password are case sensitive.

When you have confirmation, make sure that Account Enabled is ticked and click OK

If you are using this program for the first time, you will be prompted to set Mode 1 data transmission.

Select Set Mode 1 now

If you have done everything described above then you are connected to Diary Online.

Now you need to transfer all the lessons from your ADI diary 2010 to the Diary-Online.

1. Go to Network menu
2. Click Resynchromise selected diary
3. Wait until the operation is completed

To receive data from Diary-Online hit Ctrl+F9
To update Diary-Online from your computer, hit Ctrl+F10
