Alternative way to search for an available instructor
Find available instructor is a very powerful function but there is an alternative way of doing the same thing
  1. Click F4 key
  2. Filter List will appear on the right side of the screen
  3. At the top of the Filter List click Instructors
  4. At the bottom of the list set the filter

For example:

  1. Active Instructors = Yes
  2. Category = Automatic
  3. Postcode = W1 (The postcode where lessons will take place)
The list will display all the instructors witch satisfy the filter criteria. Double click on of the instructor in the list.

The diary will be selected for the instructor showing you the entire diary with all the available time.
